Geological investigation reports concerning earthquake areas have stated that the ground fully complies with the regulations.
Construction of the complex will be performed under the control of ADALYA YAPI DENETIM according to and in compliance with the construction norm TS/EN ISO 9001: 2000, 10 years guarantee.
In the complex:
The entrance and all walk ways will be paved.
There will be a swimming pool with approx. 30 m2 area.

PVC double glazed windows with insulation are installed throughout.

Kitchen:
The kitchen units will be wooden MDF Lam. The Kitchen will be fitted with a granite worktop.
The wall between the worktop and the cupboards will be tiled in ceramic wall tiles.

Ventilation:
The bathrooms, toilets are fitted with a ventilation system.
