“After a trip to Cyprus in June 2007, we decided that
we would like to buy a property abroad, firstly as a
holiday home, but also as an investment. We began
searching the web firstly for properties in Cyprus, when
an advert from House in Turkey, featuring the property
of the week (Belkis Villas) popped up on the
screen. When comparing the price of the villas to those
we had been looking at in Cyprus, there was no
comparison when it came to value for money. The villas
were twice the size and far superior to any that we had
been looking at. Therefore we immediately got in touch
with House in Turkey, and arranged an inspection
trip for late August.
We were met at the airport by the delightful Torunn and
Orcun. They booked us in to a five star hotel for the
duration of our stay, which was much appreciated, and in
our view very professional. During our inspection trip
we were shown the local areas to the villas, some places
of interest, and taken to their local planning offices,
to see forth coming construction projects. We wanted to
find out for ourselves, what was going to be built in
the immediate facinity; we were pleasantly surprised to
see how much investment into the area was being made.
We had also spoken to some local residents, who also
confirmed that shops, bars and several hotels were going
to be built, and that if we were thinking of investing
in a property, now was the time to do so.
Thus confirming exactly what Orcun and Sabri had told us
when we first arrived. Given that we were very hard to
sell to, and bearing in mind we had never been to turkey
before, we must admit that we kept Orcun and Sabri on
their toes for four days!!!!
But being the true professionals that they are and
genuinely nice guys, they kept coming back for more. By
the end of the week, and after several lazy lunches we
had become firm friends. When we finally agreed to
purchase one of the villas, Houses in Turkey made all
the legal side of things very easy. We are now going
back in November to see how things are coming along and
to discuss interior decor. Also to see if there is any
dirt on Sabri"s hard hat!!!! We look forward very much
to meeting up with our new friends at House in Turkey.”

are a Turkish couple living and working in Belgium. As
we were lucky enough to have some spare capital, we
thought that investing in property in our home country
would be a good idea as the cost of living and property
prices are still low compared to the rest of Europe. We
started our search on the website and found House In
Turkey. After contacting them about their Belkis villa
project and speaking to Orcun and Sabri the owners, we
realized that these villas offered exceptional value for
money and as we were looking to buy 2 properties, we
were offered a good deal. We arranged to come out on an
Inspection trip as I am originally from Istanbul, and
spent the next 4 days looking around the area of Belek,
getting information and being treated out to some lovely
meals and enjoying the night life. The actual buying
process was extremely easy and professional. Going by
our experience with dealing with House in Turkey I would
have no hesitation about recommending them as a company

“I visited Turkey in June when I managed to
successfully combine a holiday with an inspection trip
to see the Belkis Villas after reading an article about
the development in the Sunday paper. Well, when I say
'see' I had to use a lot of imagination, as at that time
it was just a plot of land! What a transformation
now...thanks to the photographs that are regularly sent
to me by e-mail I can see the development taking shape
month by month from my home in England. I have very
happy memories from that week in June when Orcun, Sabri
and the team from 'House in Turkey' were extremely
welcoming, informative, professional, helpful and
friendly. We were shown around the area and helped to
carry out the mundane but necessary legal and financial
business with plenty of opportunities for meals out etc.
so that we experienced the Turkish life-style that we
will soon be enjoying on a regular basis. The trip to
Aspendos to see the Ballet Swan-Lake was a truly
unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, work
commitments have meant that I have not been able to go
back since but as soon as I have an opportunity to I
will ~ I can't wait.”

have wanted to buy a property abroad for some time and
decided to investigate a new development in Turkey which
we had seen in a Sunday supplement .We arranged an
inspection trip for our first visit to Turkey to see
the area and plans. The team at House in Turkey (H.I.T)

area, historic sites, treated to local cuisine and a
